Assist partner governments and donor organisations with procurement reform, including reform of legal and institutional frameworks; procurement system, structure and process assessment and redesign.

Procurement Strategy Development:

Advise public procurement authorities, government ministries, and donor organisations on strategic approaches to public procurement.

Capacity Assessments, Capacity Building and Training:

Assist clients to assess and enhance human capacity and professionalise the procurement function sustainably.

Procurement Monitoring, Assessments and Auditing:

‍

Conduct independent procurement reviews to support clients to assess if procurement activities are undertaken in compliance with national and/or donor procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
