Director
Sangeeta Khorana holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and a summa cum laude Master degree in International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute in Berne, Switzerland.
As Director of consultancy projects, she leads research on the economic and legal analysis of bilateral trade agreements, in particular on Brexit and public procurement reform.

Mr. Alex Armogan is the Interim-Director of the University of Guyana’s Energy Think Tank. Mr. Armogan is currently the Treasurer of the Society of Petroleum Engineers Guyana Chapter. Before joining ITCS as an Advisor, Mr. Armogan served as a procurement intern at Crown Agents Ltd. and as a Research Assistant at Bournemouth University. He holds an MSc. in Energy, Trade, and Finance (Merit) from Cass Business School, City, University of London, and an MSc. in Economics and Finance (Distinction) from Bournemouth University, UK. Mr. Armogan also holds an LLB and an MBA.

Dr S P Sharma leads the India desk for ITCS. He is the Chief Economist at PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry in New Delhi, India. He is also a member of the Reserve Bank of India Industry Monitoring Group. In addition, he is on the Advisory councils of Birla Institute of Management and Technology, Surya Foundation and Jaipuria Institute of Management.
He has wide work experience on Indian economic and business issues. Dr Sharma has worked for the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of India, Economic & Statistical Organisation, Government of Punjab, Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), PricewaterhouseCoopers, IL&FS Investmart and Tata Capital.
